Budu in various way

Hi, so today I will share about some of the famous brand of budu in Kelantan. All types of the budu brand is different because of the ingredient itself. The first one is, Budu Diraja Kelantan. 


The second famous brand of budu in kelantan is Budu Pati Ikan Bilis. Some of the kelantanese people will choose to buy this budu pati ikan bilis it is because the price is cheaper than others. This is example of Budu Pati Ikan Bilis  



Lastly, beside Budu Diraja and Pati Ikan Bilis. There is a new transformation of budu which is budu powder. Budu powder is easy to bring everywhere because of their packaging. The price of budu powder is quite reasonable.

The Right Way to Eat Budu

Hi, in this post I will share about the right ways to eat budu. Some of the people used to eat Budu with the fish stew. It is because when the fish itself taste tasteless and budu is the only thing that can complete stew fish from being tasteless. Below is the picture 


Besides, we also can eat budu with durian. It is because the taste of budu with durian is different. This is examples of budu with Durian. 


However, the second tips on how to eat budu, it also can eat with nasi kerabu. Budu such as main ingredient in Nasi Kerabu. One of the reasons why nasi kerabu is delicious, it is because of the budu.

Assalamualaikum and hi. Let's proceed with our topic. There is some weakness of the Budu.  Budu has a weakness because a fermented process. Besides, as you guys know the smell of the budu is too strong it is because of the anchovies. 

Some of the people used to hate the smell of the budu. After that, Budu contains high uric acid, which is not suggested to the people that have suffered from gout, diabetes, acne, chronic hair falls and breast cancer. 

After that, sometimes budu contains a lot of salt and it differentiate of budu according to different brands. Last but not least, there is nothing wrong if people who don't like budu because everyone have a different taste.

Hi, can you guys guess what is the meaning by the word "Rich heritage of budu?" okay, so today I want to share the benefits of budu. There are many benefits of budu, which are budu can prevent us from cancer, one of the nutritionist said it is because budu itself contains glutathione as antioxidant agent and also remove toxic waste in human body. 

However, budu can increase the immunity system and it helps us to lower the rate of cholesterol. Besides, budu also can improve our IQ as budu can stimulate the brain cells and will strengthen the weak neurous. 

Budu also acts to delay the growth of bacteria. Besides, by eating budu also can prevent us from diarrhea, degenerative disease such as coronary heart, atherosclerosis, and diabetes.

The Secret Behind The Taste of Budu

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone. In this post I will let you guys know what is the best way to make budu because I'm pretty sure that most of the people did not know how budu was made and only people in Kelantan know how to make it for sure.  However, you guys don't have to worry because i'm going to share the recipe of the budu. So, here is the best step to make budu:


1. 1 Kilogram of Anchovy




2. Coarse salt to taste




3. Brown Sugar




4. Tamarind Paste

First of all, you need to wash 1 kilogram of anchovy and dry it well . After that, divide salt into five parts and sprinkle the first part flat in the container and use former pottery or porcelain. Besides, mix anchovies with tamarind juice until it is smooth and divide into four parts.

 As you have done mix anchovies and tamarind, added brown sugar into it. Garnish the anchovies with the last layer of salt in the container and then sprinkle a layer of salt again. In addition, cover the surface of the container with gauze, then before you close the bottle, sprinkle the salt first to prevent from flies. Make sure you cover the container tightly. Lastly, keep the container in the dark place for at least 1 month and make sure the container not exposed to light or air it can cause the budu damaged.

From Fish to Budu

Assalamualaikum and hi? so let's continue with our topic. Can you guess the title from the word "From Fish to Budu"?. Basically, the title is about the ingredient of budu. Budu is made with anchovies mix with salt in the range of ratios of 2:1 to 6:1 depending on how salty you want it to be. 

For your information, anchovy is the main type of fish that will use in making budu, since anchovy itself have a high quality of budu production compared to the other types of fish. Besides, tamarind and palm sugar are usually added in making budu in order to promote the hydrolysis of fish and microbial proteases and resulting in dark brown colour.

In addition, the process of making budu by fermented it for at least 200 days to 1 year or more. However, it depends on the producer as to maintain the quality and to enhance the flavour of budu.

Budu the authentic of Kelantan


BUDU?

Assalamualaikum, today I want to share about "Budu". Have you all ever heard about "Budu" before this? i'm sure that all of you didn't really know about it. Okay, let's get started. Budu is a Malay Language, in English we called it as a fish sauce fermentation. Budu is the most famous traditional food in Kelantan.

 Whenever you come to Kelantan, Budu is one thing that people must try. It refers as a daily food for Kelantan republic since the recipe of Budu had been passed from one to another generation. Year by year, Budu became a well-known food and has been spread all over Malaysia such as in Southern Thailand, Terengganu and Pahang.
